Clwb y Bont is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Event Organiser to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape the cultural life of our bilingual community hub in Pontypridd by planning and delivering a wide range of events – from live music to community workshops and themed evenings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver events at Clwb y Bont
• Liaise with performers, artists, and community groups
• Promote events through social media and local networks
• Manage event logistics and budgets
• Ensure events are inclusive and welcoming to all

Requirements:

• Experience in event planning or coordination
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Passion for arts, culture, and community engagement
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Welsh language skills are essential
