Dosbarth is a vibrant education recruitment agency connecting talented staff with schools across West Wales, backed by a team with real classroom experience. We’re not target-driven – our focus is supporting Welsh schools with exceptional education staff. Due to demand, we are expanding into Cardiff, Powys and Swansea and looking to welcome new team members.

As Dosbarth continues to grow, we’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly team and help manage bookings, recruit staff, and support schools. This role is hybrid, giving you the flexibility to work from home and in the office.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant at Dosbarth, you will be responsible for:

  • Organising and managing daily bookings for schools in Cardiff, Powys and Swansea
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and supporting teachers and education support staff
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with schools and candidates
  • Matching the right staff to the right roles
  • Ensuring compliance checks and records are kept up to date
  • Communicating clearly with schools and staff regarding availability and bookings
  • Supporting the wider team with general recruitment and administrative tasks

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is Welsh-speaking (essential)
  • Has excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Is confident speaking to schools and candidates by phone and email
  • Can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Is proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Works well independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in education or recruitment is welcome but not essential – full training provided

Why Work With Dosbarth?

  • Be part of a school-focused team with real classroom experience
  • A friendly, supportive working environment
  • A role that makes a real difference in education
  • Opportunities to grow and develop within the company
