Privacy Policy
Job Trac Cymru is a recruitment agency and a Welsh language jobs notice board. We
specialise in Welsh language job recruitment and advertising. All jobs must require Welsh
as a desirable or essential skill and all applicants must speak Welsh. We work across the
private and public sectors
What details do we have and how will we use them?
If you have registered on the Trac Cymru Job books, you will complete a registration form. We use your contact details from the registration form within our Excel spreadsheet. We use the knowledge we have for one purpose only, namely informing you of vacancies and/or news about Job Trac Cymru. The details we have are your name, job title, email address, phone number and CV. Everything is stored in files with a password and only the Director has access to these files.
If you are a customer who advertises a job on Safle Swyddi website, the details we have come from the information you have given us and are part of the special database software that we use to create Safle Swyddi ads. The details we have are the information you give us (for the organisation you work for) to be used in the adverts namely, your name and contact details, the details of how the candidate should contact you to apply for or discuss the job and the organisation’s postal address for invoices. Only Safle Swyddi employees have access to the database and the database has a password.
These activities fall into the “legitimate business interest” category of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who has access to your details?
All details are kept securely on the Owner’s computer and our servers, and only Job Trac Cymru and Safle Swyddi staff involved in recruiting or creating adverts can access them. Your details are not shared with any other organisation except for the situations below:
If you are applying for a job through the Job Trac Cymru agency we would share your CV with the client but would remove any personal details before doing so and would also secure your consent before providing any CV or information about you to the client. Your CV and contact details will be kept for a period of one year only or until the end of the period you have asked us to remove them by.
If you are successful in securing a temporary job through the Job Trac Cymru agency we would ask you for your bank details for payroll. These details will be shared exclusively with the payroll company. Any information will be confidential and files will be sent as attachments with a password. Everything about your bank details will be removed from Job Trac’s systems upon finishing your temporary agreement.
If you are a client of Safle Swyddi or Job Trac Cymru copies of invoices will be shared with our accountant’s company.
Your rights
If you have registered on Job Trac Cymru books your details will be kept for a year while Job Trac Cymru looks for a job for you but if you wish to be deleted from our database at any time, you can email post@jobtraccymru.co.uk to let us know.
You have the right to:
- Access any data we have about you
- Correct any errors in the data we have about you
- Limit any processing of the data we have about you

If you do not agree on Job Trac Cymru’s response, or believe that we do not process your
personal data in accordance with the law, you can complain to the Information
