Clwb y Bont has been at the heart of Pontypridd for more than 40 years  as a venue for live cultural events featuring music, arts, comedy, poetry, and great live performances.

Clwb y Bont has a reputation for offering a warm welcome and good beer, and everyone is welcome, with both Welsh and English heard in the venue. It is a friendly and relaxed space for the local community to socialise at the bar, while also being a place that promotes the Welsh language and the culture of Wales. Clwb y Bont wishes to appoint a Venue Manager to fulfil and develop our Front of House operations. The successful candidate will have the proven ability to ensure the effective and profitable delivery of an appropriate Bar & Venue service that supports and compliments the Clwb’s objectives and in line with customer development objectives.
