About Safle Swyddi
Established in January 2007, Safle Swyddi is one central place where Welsh speakers can search for jobs where employers are actively seeking Welsh speakers.
Safle Swyddi is the sister company to Job Trac Cymru Ltd. Job Trac Cymru is an award winning HR Recruitment Agency, established in 2002 by Tracey Williams.
Job Trac initially provided HR and recruitment agency support in Welsh to various companies across Wales. In 2007 in response to changing needs of employers and the rise of online recruitment methods Tracey launched Safle Swyddi as the online recruitment arm of the business.
Safle Swyddi has grown from strength to strength, keeping up to date with the latest social media and was one of the first apps created in the Welsh language.
It has helped thousands of people and companies across Wales, England and even Patagonia to recruit Welsh speakers. Tracey’s aim has always been to help individuals to use their Welsh after leaving school, thus playing a small part in keeping the Welsh language alive within the workplace and enabling Welsh language speakers to use their first language in their everyday activities.
